Beginning July 2, 2019, it will be easier than ever for you to find and use library materials at UB, across SUNY, and worldwide. For the first time, UB Libraries, along with 61 SUNY libraries across New York State, are operating on a single, unified system offering you an array of enhanced features.
One of the first things you’ll notice about our new system is the “Everything Search,” a feature that gives you the ability to search databases, library collections, and all SUNY campus library catalogs, all in one place, all at one time.
We’ve also made several other important changes to library services, including:
• Longer loan periods for most circulating UB library materials
• Removal of daily overdue fines on most circulating materials
• Quicker access to library materials owned by other SUNY institutions
• Save your searches and favorite library resources to your library account
