Charles Carr

Charles Carr was born in Manhattan in 1946.  He received his undergraduate degree from Medgar Evers College and a JD from Howard University Law School in 1977.  Carr joined the faculty of the University at Buffalo Law School in 1982.  He retired from UB in 2010.
