R. Arthur Bowler

R. Arthur Bowler joined the faculty of the University at Buffalo's Department of History in 1966.  He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in history from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada and his Ph.D. from the University of London, England.  He retired from the UB in 1993.
