Norma C. Segal

Norma C. Segal was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania on January 20, 1925.  She received an MS in Library Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo (1966).  In 1972, she became a bibliographer and reference librarian at the University at Buffalo's Undergraduate Library where her duties included collection development and reference services.  Segal would go on to become the director of the Undergraduate Library.
